- Re-registration for following year by March 1st.
- Purchasing uniforms at the designated uniform shop(every day uniform & gym uniform).
- Working two Sunday Bingo's during each school year.
- Payment of $2.00 PTA membership fee.
- Attendance at PTA meetings.
- Participation in fund raising activities.
- Completion of two emergency forms.
- Submitting health records and student physicals.
- Sports physicals for basketball and/or cheerleading
- Agreement to policies and procedures as stated in the Parent/Student Handbook and Diocese of Trenton Policy Book.
Volunteering to participate in:
- Annual OLMC Fix Up Day
- Cafeteria Duty
- Baking for events (baking or sending food for events)
- Selling snacks at school
